Terms of use

These terms apply to nutmegcards.com and shows.nutmegcards.com, run by Nutmeg Card Co. in Connecticut. By buying tickets, applying for a table, or using these sites, you agree to them.

Tickets and admission

• Tickets are for the show and date shown on the ticket. Each ticket's QR code can be scanned once.
• Keep your ticket email safe; anyone with the code can use it.
• We can refuse entry or remove anyone who is disruptive, unsafe, or breaks venue rules. In that case the ticket isn't refunded.
• Refunds follow our Refund & cancellation policy.

Vendors

• Each show has its own vendor terms, shown on the application form. Those terms are part of these terms.
• Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, sales, and any sales tax permits.

Buying, selling and trading at shows

Sales and trades between attendees and vendors are between them. Nutmeg Card Co. doesn't guarantee any item, its authenticity, condition, or price.

Photos

We may take photos at shows for our website and social media. If you'd rather not be in a photo, just let us know.

Raffles and giveaways

Raffles are free to enter. Prizes, eligibility and drawing times are announced at the show.

Liability

Attending a show is at your own risk. To the extent allowed by law, Nutmeg Card Co. isn't liable for lost, stolen or damaged property, or for indirect losses.
