Nutmeg Card Co. runs card and collectibles shows in Connecticut. This page explains what information we collect on nutmegcards.com and shows.nutmegcards.com, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you buy tickets: your name, email, and what you bought. Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store your card number.
- When you apply for a vendor table: your business and contact details, what you sell, and anything else you put on the form. If you create a vendor profile, the profile details you choose are shown publicly.
- When you join the mailing list, enter a raffle, or send us a message: your email, name, and what you wrote.
- Basic technical information, such as your IP address, to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To send your tickets and order emails, manage vendor tables, run raffles, and answer your messages.
- To email show announcements, but only if you joined the mailing list or ticked the box asking for updates. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- We don't sell your information.
Who else handles it
- Stripe processes payments.
- MailerLite sends our mailing-list emails.
- Our web host stores the site and its database.
These companies only use your information to provide their service to us.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep order and vendor records for as long as we need them for bookkeeping and taxes. Email hello@nutmegcards.com to ask what we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our shows are family-friendly, but our forms are meant for adults. Kids' tickets are bought by a parent or guardian.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the bottom.
