Vendor terms
Tables are confirmed once paid. Unpaid holds are released after the payment deadline.
Cancellations more than 10 days before the show get a full refund; after that, refunds are only given if we can fill your table.
Vendors are responsible for their own inventory, sales, and any required sales tax permits.
Please arrive during vendor setup and stay through the end of the show.
